Your use of this website, services, and/or products constitutes your consent to this agreement with Hess-Johnston Art. By purchasing artwork from Hess-Johnston Art, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. General Information  

   All original artwork is created by Hess-Johnston Art, and each original piece is unique. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have carefully reviewed the piece and its details, including any descriptions or images provided. 

 

2. Sales Policy

   All sales are final. Due to the nature of the artwork, no refunds or exchanges will be offered. Please ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase before completing the transaction.

 

3. Payment  

   Payment for artwork must be made in full before shipping or delivery. Accepted payment methods will be clearly stated during the checkout process.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery 

   Shipping costs and delivery times are outlined at checkout. Hess-Johnston Art will make every effort to ship the artwork within the stated time frame, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Responsibility for any additional customs or import duties lies with the buyer.

 

5. Damage During Shipping 

   In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at hessjohnstonart@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include arranging for the return of the damaged piece for assessment. The buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

 

6. Intellectual Property  

   All artwork, images, and content created by Hess-Johnston Art are protected by copyright law. No reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of the artwork is permitted without explicit written consent from the artist.

 

7. Use of Artwork 

   By purchasing artwork from Hess-Johnston Art, you acknowledge that you are purchasing the physical piece only, unless otherwise specified in writing. All rights to the images of the artwork remain with the artist unless otherwise specified in writing.

 

8. Privacy & Data Protection 

   Any personal information provided during the purchase process will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., shipping). By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our privacy policy.

 

9. Modifications to Terms & Conditions  

   Hess-Johnston Art reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
